Mission 10:31 (Youth)

Mission 10:31 is a ministry for children in grades 7-12 and their parents. The Apostle Paul exhorts the Corinthians that, “whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). This verse summarizes the theme of Mission 10:31—capturing the way our hearts, minds, time, devotion, and mission are all to be devoted to the glory of God.

Mission 10:31 is founded on the premise that God intends parents and the teenagers to work and grow together in these years—parents called to disciple, teens called to honor, each growing together in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We hold monthly corporate meetings, where God-glorifying worship, biblical teaching & application, fellowship, food and fun all play a key part. We address the subjects that matter most to our teenagers and their parents, helping them to live out God’s will for their lives.

Parents are encouraged to be active participants along with their teenagers in Mission 10:31. In addition to our monthly corporate meetings, we host other special meetings throughout the year that we pray will give us a chance to grow in our relationships and build lifetime memories.

For more information about individual events, please consult the church calendar. If you have any further questions about the ministry, please feel free to contact jmartin@sovgracenc.org who provides pastoral oversight for Mission 10:31.
